Diagnostics & check-engine
A code tells you the neighborhood, not the address. We test before we replace anything — that's the difference between a diagnosis and a guess.
Tires & alignment
Mount, balance, rotate, patch. Four-wheel alignments on the rack. We patch from the inside or we don't patch at all.
A/C & heat
Evac, recharge, UV dye test. If it's a leak, you get the estimate before we open the system — not after.

Opened the shop with two bays and his brother's toolbox. Still answers the phone himself most mornings.
The voice on the phone. Translates tech-speak into English and makes the call before any number changes.
Diagnostics and drivability. The one other shops call when they're stuck on an electrical gremlin.
If it stops, steers, or rides wrong, it's his bay. Torque-wrench-and-checklist type. We like that type.
